Point of sale for cafés: register, shifts, inventory and reports from a tablet, phone or computer.

What it does today

  • Payments in pesos and dollars, with an exchange rate per shift and change in either currency
  • Shifts and cash counts, with blind counts for cashiers
  • Cash sales even when the internet goes down; they sync when it comes back
  • Inventory that goes down with every sale and warns you when stock runs low
  • Reports on sales, best sellers and payment methods
  • Printed or digital receipt with a QR code, in Spanish or English
  • A PIN for each person and manager approval for discounts and cancellations

Nómina Escolar

Attendance and payroll for private schools in Mexico: from the time clock report to a reviewed payroll, without manual data entry.

What it does today

  • Imports the time clock report (CSV or Excel) or uses the web time clock with a PIN
  • Configurable attendance rules: grace period, late arrivals and deductions
  • Pre-payroll with a full breakdown and checks before approval
  • Vacations, leave and sick days with balances under Mexican labor law (LFT)
  • Excel reports for accounting and a log of every change
  • A portal where each teacher sees only their own pay stubs and attendance

  • Real stamping of payroll receipts (CFDI); today it runs in demo mode

  • “Today” screen: who owes, which packages expire this week and whose birthday it is
  • Partial payments and clear balances; payments are never deleted, they are voided with a reason

  • Ready-to-send WhatsApp messages using your studio’s templates

FAQ

What people ask me most

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need. Apps are paid with a monthly subscription, and custom projects are quoted once I understand your process. Write to me and I will send you a quote, no strings attached.

How long does a custom project take?

It depends on the size. The idea is to have a first version you can try soon and improve it with real use, instead of waiting months for something “complete”.

Do you work with businesses outside your city?

Yes. I work remotely, in English or Spanish, with businesses in Mexico, the US or wherever you are. We talk over video calls and the apps run in the browser.

Do I need to install anything?

No. They are web apps: they open in the browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Some can be added to the home screen like an app.

Do they work offline?

Café POS keeps taking cash payments if the internet goes down and syncs the sales when it comes back. The other apps need a connection to save information.

Is my data safe?

Each business can only see its own information, and the database enforces that rule. Demos use fictional data.

Do the apps issue electronic invoices?

Electronic invoicing (CFDI) in Café POS and payroll stamping are on the way; today they run in demo mode. Ask me about the progress.
